During the Drowning in Blood Trial, speak with an NPC on the Boardwalk, either a Night Widow spy (Villains), or a Longbow Scientist (Heroes). That enables you to collect samples from meteors in the trial. Click on all four glowing meteors. Any combination of teammates can collect the samples. The entire team receives the badge.
