Be the active player of a team for a cumulative 12 hours. When a mission is selected, the mission's owner is the active player. Otherwise, the team leader is the active player. You and at least 1 other player character must be in-game and on the team. The mapserver updates badge progress about once a minute.

Characters with the Teacher badge can get Assemble the Team from S.T.A.R.T. vendors for free, instead of paying the normal price of 1,000,000 inf.

Teacher is awarded to characters created on Praetorian Earth. Paragon / Svengali is the corresponding badge for characters created on Primal Earth.
