Complete a Flashback from the Pillar of Ice and Flame of a story arc that's normally exclusive to Praetorian characters. This includes the Nova Praetoria, Imperial City, and Neutropolis story arcs. Solo moral choice missions, the Rift Enclosure mission, First Ward story arcs, and Night Ward story arcs don't count.

Praetorian characters can earn this badge after leaving Praetoria and becoming a Primal Earth alignment.
