Activated four years ago, the tiny, cheerful medical robot known as Vital Circuit is now a relatively common sight in Paragon City, regularly working with heroes and EMS to follow her primary directive: save lives. Relentlessly kind and selfless to a fault, she loves helping people however she can - sometimes to the extent of benevolent mad science.

Though idealistic and usually optimistic, she is not naive and works to fight social ills as much as medical ones, making her a strong proponent of harm reduction, mutual aid, safety, and scientific literacy - all to make people happier and healthier.

She wants to help others. She wants to be happy. She wants to find out how.
