Description:

Over two millennia ago, the head of the Germanic tribe the Oskils knew that in order to eternally preserve his dynasty it would need protection. Both from within and without. He consorted with the arcane to bless his line, granting the head of the house powers to call forth the awesome power of lightning. And though the tribe was eventually conquered and the line driven to exile, the blessing continued to track the head of the house. Over the years the blessing has made heirs into warlords and vigilantes alike. The previous holder of the title and powers was Amp Heir (Antoine Richter), a mixed-race Quebecois hero from the 1970s. Though Antoine is recently deceased, his spirit can still be seen guiding his successor, A young Rhode Islander woman named Elena Hawthorn.
