Description:

Clancy Anderson was once a successful sergeant in the Praetorian Police Department until he was set up by Praetor Barry, using Clancy’s department as a tool. Barry wanted to test potentially harmful or beneficial effects on humans of dark matter mixing with magic. He deliberately left a sample of dark matter unguarded, and soon Resistance and their Carnival cronies were on scene to steal it. Clancy was sent to retrieve it. As if scripted, the magical containment placed on the sample by the Carnival of Light reacted badly with the Dark Matter once Clancy Anderson put his hand on it. It severely damaged his left arm, but since then he could feel new energy surging inside him. Clancy joined up with the Resistance seeking revenge for being used as a guinea pig. This path of blind hate led him astray from his previous righteous path. It led him all the way to the Rogue Isles before he returned to the moral police sergeant he once was.
