Description:

Thousands of years ago, on a fateful trip outside the city of Oranbega, an Oranbegan known as Karkaxin discovered what appeared to be a glowing rock. Ever since coming into contact with this strange material, his skin began to harden, his hands could channel offensive energy, and most importantly his connection to the magical arts was severed. Outcasted, Karkaxin sought to live among the humans that recently moved into the area near. It wasn’t long afterward that he used his newfound powers to dominate and rule this group of humans, forming his kingdom. He was neither a benevolent ruler nor a cruel one. Still, exaggerations made their way to the Oranbegans, and they entombed him as punishment. He was excavated near Paragon City, his comatose body mistaken for a well-preserved body. When he came to, he escaped containment, seeking to rebuild his kingdom. First, this leads him down villainous paths, but seeing his associates only aiming to destroy he turned to heroism. Because you can’t rule over ashes.
