Description:

During the Winter War, the Finnish employed foreign mercenaries both with and without powers. One non-powered mercenary for the Finns, Emmi, only cared about getting the most money. So to get paid more, Emmi took part in a Finnish experiment that gave her powers. But the pay raise was not the substantial increase she was expecting. At the Battle of Vyborg, she betrayed the Finns, because the Soviets could pay more. For the next few years, Emmi would continue to do jobs for the Soviets, content with the pay, but always desiring more. Towards the end of the Continuation War, it was rumored that Emmi was considering switching sides again, to help the Finns and their new German backers. Whether the rumor was true or not, a prominent ice-themed Soviet hero was sent to hunt her down. Their battle took place in an abandoned bunker and was so devastating it cryogenically froze them both. Emmi only recently was dethawed by a group of historians that had found their resting place.
