On several occasions, the United Nation's General Assembly have questioned Lord Recluse and Arachnos over various war crime allegations pertaining to a specific Night Widow agent that the collective espionage intelligence world have dubbed <i>'Cobalt Arachne'</i>.<br><br>Despite the rumors, numerous on-record testimonies and strong evidence provided by Arachnos top-ranking officials and the Arbiters states that officially there exists no record of such an agent amongst their operative's ranks. Debates are on-going whether this individual is truly an Arachnos agent, just an insane worshipper of Lord Recluse who operates independently, or if they even exist at all.
