Blackwing Industries is a private military company which has been contracted by Paragon City to replace the police in Kallisti Wharf.<br><br>These <b>P.E.A.C.E.</b> <i>(Police Emergency Action & Crisis Engagement)</i> combat drones have been deployed in the zone to maintain order, and are just as dangerous as the ones utilized by the Paragon Police Department in other parts of the city. These are equipped with an emitter of BWI's patented kinetic fields, these can make BWI's personnel nearly invincible until the drone is dealt with.
