King Midas and his Goldbrickers have taken advantage of many different applications for the technology reverse-engineered from the D-Rifter, not the least of which is an integrated combat system.<br><br>The Asynchronized Universe (AU) System allows its wearer to anchor half of themselves in a dimensional ripple shard, which allows them to avoid damage and teleport with ease. This technology is fairly unstable however, and the exact consequences of its use are still undetermined.
