Cedric Creed has always had an 'electric' personality. He was voted 'most likely to have a cereal named after themselves' at his high school. Shortly after graduation his powers manifested. Cedric craves the spotlight and has even hired an agent in his bid to be Paragon City's most famous hero. Cedric is a bit too arrogant and cocky for his own good, but his heart is in the right place.
