Viktor Petrovic is the eldest of the Petrovics. As one of the Lords of Death he is a leader of the Skulls street gang in Paragon City. Together, with his siblings, he formed a pact with dark powers to learn the black arts. He took the name of Veles, an ancient Slavic deity of the underworld, magic, and trickery. Unlike his siblings, Veles leads the Skulls through guile and cunning rather than death and fear. Whether he commands respect from his siblings due to familial love or even greater strength remains unknown.
