The Prophetesses were once women who held a latent connection to the mystical elements. Rather than be twisted into a half-serpent monstrosity like their lesser kin, for whom elemental affinity was not natural, the Prophetesses retain much of their human form, with only their skin and feet showing the changes they have undergone as members of the Talons of Vengeance. They have a much greater control over the elements to which they are attuned and are capable of quickly overwhelming the unprepared with a flood of mystical energy in the form of fire, ice, shadow, lightning or earth.
